How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our items are made to order. Our current turnaround time is 7–10 business days before your order ships. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Where do you ship?
We currently have no limits where we can ship to.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take pride in every order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Do the shirt colors and designs look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately display our products. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes. There are times that designs color match the material. In this instance we will use a "glow" effect to show the design in the templates.
How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your apparel looking its best:
- Wash inside out in cold water.
- Use mild detergent.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly on printed designs.
